Your Enrolment Journey

Admissions

  1. 01

    Submit Your Documents

    Academic transcripts/certificates, English proficiency (where required) and a clear copy of your valid passport.

  2. 02

    Eligibility Assessment

    The Admissions Team reviews your qualifications against entry requirements. Estimated time: 1–3 working days. Upon success you receive an Eligibility Letter.

  3. 03

    Registration & Visa Payment

    Registration fee and visa processing fee. Estimated payment clearance: 3–5 working days.

Visa

  1. 04

    Visa Processing

    Your application is processed through the applicable Malaysian international-student procedures. Estimated processing period: approximately 5–6 weeks.

  2. 05

    eVAL & Embassy Process

    You receive an Electronic Visa Approval Letter (eVAL). Depending on nationality, you may then need to proceed with the Malaysian Embassy or authorised visa channel — up to approximately 2 weeks.

  3. 06

    Book Your Flight

    Do not purchase a non-refundable ticket until the relevant visa documentation is complete and your Admissions/Student Services team confirms you may proceed.

Student Services

  1. 07

    Arrival Preparation

    Your case transitions from Admissions to the Student Services Team, who guide you on travel documentation, arrival date, airport procedures and accommodation.

  2. 08

    Arrival in Malaysia

    The Student Services Team guides you through arrival support, accommodation check-in, university registration and orientation.

  3. 09

    Medical Screening & Immigration Clearance

    Complete the required post-arrival medical screening; following clearance, your immigration/student pass process proceeds to its final stages.

  4. 10

    Begin Your Studies

    Once registration, immigration and orientation are complete, you gain access to orientation, your academic timetable, student ID and university systems.
